Brent Moore


Brent Moore has been in the competitive retail energy business for nearly 15 years. Prior to assuming his position with our team, Brent was the Founder and CEO of Save On Energy, where he was involved in everything from conception to industry leadership. He ultimately sold Save On Energy to Red Ventures - the country’s largest technology enabled platform for growing sales and marketing businesses. Earlier on, Brent traveled the continuous restructuring of the telecommunications industry, from deregulated long distance to the emergence of the Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC’s) – that ultimately emerged as the Internet provider business. Starting in entry-level sales at MCI, he quickly rose through the ranks of MFS, Caprock, and Winstar to Airband Communications as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where he helped secure $60 million in funding from leading venture capital firms.

Sean Holland

Chief Operating Officer

Sean Holland brings nearly 15 years of competitive retail energy experience to his position as COO with our team. Before assuming his current role, Sean was Head of Operations for Hudson Energy where he led the Billing, Remittance, Transaction Management, Project Management and Analytics functions for the company.  During this time, Sean implemented robust analytics, efficient processes and completed several successful system migrations which optimized company performance and enhanced customer experience. Prior to Hudson, Sean worked in progressive roles at Direct Energy, Spark Energy and Entrust Energy - focused on the areas of Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Operations, Performance Management and Portfolio Optimization.

Amanda Bailey

Director of Client Services

Amanda Bailey has over 12 years of experience in the deregulated energy market. As the Director of Client Services, Amanda leads all customer service initiatives, retention efforts and key account management strategies while tracking customer analytics and strongly supporting supplier relationships. She began her career at the inception of Save On Energy’s commercial brokerage division. There, she started in account management and ultimately helped develop the national platform for the Save On Energy Exchange, leading all residential and commercial consumer strategy development.

Dan Hayward

Director of Sales

Dan Hayward has over 13 years of retail energy industry experience. Before joining our team, Dan helped expand the Commercial Brokerage group for Save On Energy by growing a national sales team while building a customer base across all deregulated energy markets. Prior to Save On Energy, Dan worked for Cirro Energy (an NRG Company), where he managed the company’s direct sales team. Today, Dan oversees a national team of Energy Advisors operating in all the deregulated electricity and natural gas markets. In addition, Dan continues to represent many of Interactive Energy Group’s largest clients, offering them personalized risk assessment and market trend analysis to give them the best solution for their energy needs.

Tracy Hodge

Director of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships

With 12 years of retail energy experience, Tracy is responsible for IEG’s strategic referral partner network in the commercial real estate and hospitality industries. Prior to joining our team, Tracy was Director of Operations in Product marketing at Ambit Energy. There, she led the team responsible for all strategic planning, optimal prioritization, and successful execution of product marketing, development initiatives, and internal processes focused on improving the overall customer experience and company performance. Prior to Ambit, Tracy served as a Vice President at Save On Energy where she led all channel marketing and strategic partnerships.
